All transactions on the platform betan0 are processed exclusively in BRL. Deposits and withdrawals in other currencies are not supported. There are no built-in exchange rates or conversion fees.
Once confirmed by the system of betan0, the bet cannot be cancelled or changed by the user — except where the Cash Out feature is available and active for the event. Clicking the bet confirmation button constitutes final acceptance of the transaction terms.
The odds displayed on the betan0 are dynamic and may change up until the bet is confirmed. The odds that apply are those in effect at the moment the system confirms the transaction, not necessarily the ones displayed when you started the betting process. If the odds change during the process, the system shows the updated odds before final confirmation.
In live betting, odds reflect the current state of the event. The betan0 may temporarily suspend the live market during key moments (goals, penalties, red cards) to update the odds. Bets placed before the suspension and confirmed by the system are valid at the odds recorded at the time of confirmation.
If an event is cancelled before it starts or suspended before 90 minutes of play and not resumed within 48 hours, all bets placed will be cancelled and the full amount returned to the account balance. Markets already settled before the suspension (such as "first goalscorer" when the goal had already occurred) remain valid.
In parlay bets, if an event is canceled, that event is removed from the parlay and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining events. If only one event remains in the parlay after the cancellation, the bet is settled as a single with the odds of the remaining event.
The betan0 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from human or system errors. The user will be notified by email and the bet amount returned to their balance. Winnings resulting from manifestly incorrect odds will not be paid.
All bonuses and promotions offered by betan0 are subject to specific conditions described in this section and on individual promotion pages. In case of conflict, the terms on the specific promotion page prevail.
The standard rollover at betan0 for deposit bonuses is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount received. Only bets with odds equal to or greater than 1.50 count toward meeting the rollover requirement. Bets on canceled events do not count toward the rollover. Bets on crash games, slots, and live casino count in full.
Example: If you receive a R$ 100.00 bonus, you will need to wager a total of R$ 2,000.00 in valid bets (odds ≥ 1.50) before you can withdraw the bonus amount.
Bonuses activated at betan0 are valid for 30 days from the activation date. After expiry, any unused or unreleased bonus balance is automatically removed from the account with no right to compensation.
Any attempt to abuse promotions is strictly prohibited. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet rollover requirements (such as betting on both sides of the same market), or any other form of bonus manipulation. Accounts found engaging in these practices will have their bonuses voided and may be suspended.

Cashback is credited as bonus balance and follows the same rollover rules. Cashback on losses is not applied automatically — the corresponding promotion must be activated first.

The betan0 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:
In cases of closure due to suspected fraud, the balance may be held during the investigation period, which shall not exceed 90 days unless legal proceedings are ongoing.
Accounts closed at the user's request may be reactivated by submitting a new request to support, provided the registered details are confirmed. Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms cannot be reactivated.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the betan0 shall be resolved preferably through mediation or, if necessary, in the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, with both parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
